Incredibly Disappointing Experience
My recent stay was extremely frustrating. I booked specifically for the pool, which was closed despite reassurances, leaving me no options for relaxation. Check-in was chaotic, with the wrong room assigned. Maintenance issues marred my stay, and the staff's indifference was the cherry on top.

The kitchenette was quite handy allowing us to prepare meals conveniently. The breakfast offered a decent selection with eggs and meats that made our mornings easier.
Finding the entrance was confusing with limited signage, especially in the dark, making for a frustrating start to our stay.
