I would definitely book here again, the place exceeded all expectations. The hotel is clean, with helpful personal, and offers quiet and convenient location just next door to Gallup.

I almost thought about giving this place a decent review, but I just couldn't. No pool for relaxation, as promised, and dragging my bags to a different room because they issued me the wrong one was sooo wonderful, yet no one offered any nice complimentary treat for my troubles. Absolute disappointment, honestly.

I booked specifically for the pool, closed despite reassurances, leaving me no options for relaxation. Check-in was chaotic, with the wrong room assigned. Maintenance issues marred my stay, and the staff's indifference was the cherry on top.

No pool for relaxation, confusing entrance signage!!! I received the wrong room and had to drag my bags to another!!! Poor issue resolution left me feeling ignored. Cleanliness could definitely improve!!!

The kitchenette was quite handy allowing us to prepare meals conveniently. The breakfast offered a decent selection with eggs and meats, made our mornings easier.

Finding the entrance was confusing with limited signage, especially in the dark, making for a frustrating start to our stay.

I loved the cozy room and the comfy bed made for a great night's sleep. The hot tub was perfect for unwinding after a long day, and I also enjoyed the indoor pool. The only hiccup was the Wi-Fi being a bit spotty at times, but it didn't spoil my time there 😊
